Camping is to set up tents and lodging in the wild. It used to be a kind of military training project, but now it has become a leisure activity for ordinary people. Campers carry tents and leave the city to camp in the wild, often in conjunction with other activities such as hiking, fishing, or swimming.
Camping generally requires a bonfire. It can not only prevent the attack of wild animals, but also can be used to boil water and cook food, so it is very important for camping. In addition, you should prepare warm clothes, as the outdoor temperature will be much lower than indoors.
How to Draw a Camping Scene Step by Step
Step 1 Draw the sun
It is morning or dusk, so the sun is not hanging in the sky, but hiding behind a mountain.
So here, we just need to draw part of the sun, like a "C" shape.
Then outside of it, add four radial rays. They are all about the same length and spacing from each other.
Step 2 Draw a mountain
Take a point to the upper right of the sun. Then draw a curved line from this point towards the lower left. The sun is almost half blocked by the mountain.
Draw a curved line from this point towards the bottom right. Its bottom is positioned lower than the previous curve.
Then on the mountain, draw a wavy line from left to right near the top of it, resulting in the snowy peak.
Step 3 Add a mountain on the right
Take a point on the right of the already drawn mountain, and draw a line from this point to the lower left to the foot of the mountain on the left.
Draw a long line from this point towards the lower right to complete the outline of the lower mountain.
Likewise, draw a wavy line near the top of the mountain to get the snowy peak.
Step 4 Draw a mountain on the left
In a similar way, draw another mountain on the left. Then add a wavy line to get the snowy peak.
The height of this mountain comes second. So far we have completed the mountains and the sun.
Step 5 Draw two trees
Take a point at the foot of the mountain on the far left. From this point, draw a zigzag line toward the lower left and lower right respectively, resulting in a tree.
Take a point to the right of this tree. From this point draw a curved line towards the lower left and a zigzag line towards the lower right to get another tree.
You don't need to draw the trunks and branches of these two trees.
Step 6 Draw a tent
Draw a horizontal line below the highest mountain. Draw a vertical line down from its left end. Then draw a curve from this endpoint to the lower left and lower right respectively.
Draw a curved line from the right end of this horizontal line toward the lower right. This gives the outline of this tent.
Draw a curved line below this horizontal line to connect its two ends. Then add four short curves below this one.
Step 7 Draw a tree on the right
Take a point at the foot of the mountain on the far right. From this point draw a zigzag line towards the lower left and lower right respectively.
This draws a tree that looks the smallest. It's the furthest from us, so maybe it's actually tall.
Step 8 Draw the grass
Draw a long curved line from left to right. It arched in the middle, past the bottoms of all the trees and that tent.
If you feel uncomfortable with this step, you can draw this curve first, and then finish those trees and tent.
Step 9 Color this camping scenery
Red sun, different shades of green grass, trees and mountains. The tops of the mountains are white because they are covered with snow. As for the tent, you can choose any color, the more common ones are green, blue, red, orange and yellow.
